This piece is made by layering painted papers onto the cradled wood panel.

I was thinking of how I enjoy the repetitive nature of textile printing and how I could re-create the feeling with my painting work. This quickly spiraled into thoughts of how humans (and all life) create rituals both intentionally and also simply by being creatures of habit. Anyway this piece of writing is rather unnecessary as you need only look at the the title and imagery to work this one out for yourself.
